The 2011 Pirelli calendar will be photographed by Karl Lagerfeld. According to reports on WWD, he’ll photograph the calendar in his Paris studio and he has given a short statement about what not to expect: yet another beach setting for the next Pirelli calendar.
Karl Lagerfeld is an accomplished photographer, having shot images for many a luxury product for many glossy magazines, as well having his work exhibited. What to expect? It’s probably best to expect anything from Karl.
But below is a small sample that I’ve gathered from the web, all taken by Karl Lagerfeld. I’m guessing it will be an interesting calendar.
