The verdict: who doesn't use Photoshop?
Even so, it has to be said that Madonna has a distinctive presence in any fashion campaign. Even though she is a world superstar she does have that down to earth sophistication that most women can identify with. Sure, there is photoshop, but I think that the Julia Roberts/Lancome advert is worse in terms of it's 'normalisation' effect on Julia's face.
